Tomi Skaak was a Human male and a member of the Skaak Tippers who lived during the Galactic Civil War.

Following the Battle of Yavin, Tomi Skaak had become a leader of the Skaak Tippers,[2] a criminal group of slicers and information brokers active on Naboo.[3] Tomi Skaak operated from a bunker in the Lasay Swamp.[2] In 1 ABY,[1] Tomi Skaak's group had stolen a valuable Gungan artifact. Boss Rugor Nass then sent a spacer to the Skaak Tipper bunker in order to retrieve the Gungan artifact. Several Skaak Tippers, including Tomi Skaak were killed during the assault. The spacer later recovered the artifact from Dee Skaak in the Skaak Tipper Cave.[2]

Tomi Skaak was a non-player character in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[2] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[4] Tomi Skaak was added to the game as part of the "Legacy Quest" with the release of the "Publish 25," a.k.a. the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.[5]

Lastly, while Chapter 11: "The Battle of Echo Base" features the Battle of Hoth—dated to 3 ABY by The New Essential Chronology—the developers have stated that the portrayal of that battle in the game is intentionally anachronistic. Therefore, the events of Star Wars Galaxies must span from 0 ABY to around 1 ABY.
