Tomarian was a human male who owned a theater and held the Tomarian's Annual Festival of Light Gala. During the gala, a criminal crew broke in and used gas to subdue everyone at the gala. They took Tomarian hostage because he owed the crew's leader, Telsla, credits that he never paid him.[1]
