Tolec-Da was a male Voss Mystic living during the Galactic War. He was obsessed to find a lost artifact, the Mirr, that he believed upgrade the powers of the Mystics. To find the Mirr Tolec-Da started to collaborated with the Jedi Knight Sallius Wen. At the Kri-Ta Outpost Tolec-Da and Wen decided together to ask a republic hero to find and retrieve the Mirr. Unfortunately for the Voss, Wen eventually discovered that the Mirr was in fact a Sith artifact and secretly told to the hero to destroy it instead of bringing it back.[1]
