Toktar was a female individual who served as a comm officer in the New Republic Starfleet. Totkar was present aboard Home One after the Battle for Kuat Drive Yards and raised Chancellor Mon Mothma on a hologram who reported they had a new message from the Operator. Admiral Gial Ackbar then asked Toktar to open a channel on an old Alliance frequency.[1]
