Tobiaz was a male Human who was the uncle of Jilka Zan Zentis, a Galactic Republic Treasury agent. Tobiaz usually visits Zentis and her family for dinner during Republic Day celebrations. Zentis and her family were not entirely sure whether or not he was a serial killer.[1]
