Tivlik was a male Rodian who served the Hutt Suudaa Nem'ro as his spice buyer on the planet Nal Hutta during the Cold War. When one of Nem'ro's smugglers was shot down near Nem'ro's Palace, Tivlik was pleased to find that an individual gathered the lost containers of spice and delivered them to him.[1]
