Tiras Or'un

Tiras Or'un was a human male explorer who was active during the New Republic Era.

Biography

Early life

Tiras Or'un was born in 6 BBY^[2] and grew up on Jakku, working on his family's moisture farm. Tias was eleven years old when the Galactic Empire and New Republic fleets battled above Jakku^[1] in 5 ABY.^[3] He was working in the field and rushed home to find that his family and his home had been wiped out by a crashed Star Destroyer. Afterward he sturrend to scavenging the wrecked starships on the planet and joined a nomad group.^[1]

The Strus Clan

Later, Tiras fell in with the Strus clan, a criminal group, working as a desert guide and enforcer, but eventually left them as he couldn't condone their visicuous behavior. He joined anoterh nomad group, but the Strus Clan continues to hunt him due to his betrayal. He worked with a team of adventurers on Jakku to discover the secrets of a crashed New Republic corvette.^[1]

Personality and traits

Tiras hated the Empire, who borught the war to his world and killed his family. Over time, his need for vengeance waned and he accepted that the Empire was gone, destroyed by the Alliance to Restore the Republic.^[1]

Behind the scenes

Tiras Or'un is one of the pre-generated characters from Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars: The Force Awakens Beginner Game roleplaying box set which was released in late 2016.^[1]
