The Timja Suns were a group of stars[3] located in the Timja system, a part of the Suolriep sector[1] of the Slice portion of[2] the Outer Rim Territories.[1] At some point by 2 ABY,[4] the Klatooinian mercenary Beatas spent a short time employed in the Timja system. During his stay there, Beatas was exposed to too much of the Timja Suns' electromagnetic radiation, resulting in the region of his otherwise dark green skin around his eyebrows turning yellow.[3]
Behind the scenes
The Timja Suns were mentioned in Alliance Intelligence Reports, a 1995 sourcebook for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[3] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas subsequently placed the Timja system, and therefore the stars, in grid square S-8.[2]
