Thurrb were non-sentient creatures in the galaxy used as mounts around 3626 BBY. They were known to be helpful as beasts of burden. While generally friendly and docile, they had a tendency to slobber all over unsuspecting individuals who got too close to their large mouths.[1] There were a number of Thurrb variants, including "Earthen,"[2] "Tellurian," "Brumal," and "Conflagrant" Thurrbs.[3]
Behind the scenes
Thurrb appear in the 2019's sixth expansion to the videogame Star Wars: The Old Republic, called Onslaught. The species first debuted as an ownable in-game pet,[2] though rideable Thurrb mounts were later added to the game in the 2022 expansion Legacy of the Sith's "Galactic Season 2: 'Shadows of the Underworld'" which launched on February 15, 2022.[3]
