Three-Eye was a pirate who preyed on shipping and vessels of RePlanetHab, a massive corporation that worked to rebuild worlds devastated after the Yuuzhan Vong War. Three-Eye took control of the Maltorian Mining Belt after the Jedi Knight Zekk left to go to the Unknown Regions at the start of the Dark Nest Crisis. Sometime after Zekk's leaving, two other Jedi Knights were sent after him and successfully arrested him and handed him over to the Reconstruction Authority Space Patrol, to which RASP would later say they had captured him themselves.
