Thomas Blair

Thomas "Blixtev" Blair was the lead designer of Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided from 2007, when he took over from Kai "Helios" Steinmann, to September 2008.

Blair worked as a designer for EverQuest before he joined the Galaxies development team in April 2004. In September 2008, he left the game to work as Lead Designer on DC Universe Online.^[1]
