Behind the scenes

The Toad appeared in "The Bird of Paradise," a non-canon short film directed by Tadahiro Yoshihira released as part of the third volume of the Star Wars: Visions series. The animated short, produced by Polygon Pictures, was released on Disney+ on October 29, 2025. The character was first introduced at the Star Wars: Visions panel at Celebration Japan on April 19, 2025.[1] He is voiced by George Takei in the English dub.[2]
