The Journal of the Wheels was a journal that reviewed vehicles. At some point, it reviewed the HAVw A6 Juggernaut and voted it as the "best bumpy ride". This review was used in an advertisement for the turbo tank.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Journal of the Wheels was mentioned in the 2022 non-canon reference book LEGO Star Wars Awesome Vehicles.[1] It has a similar name to the Journal of the Whills, which was first mentioned in the Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope novelization.[2]
