The Ice Brethren was a band in the galaxy.[1] By 3 ABY,[2] the band had recorded the song "The Prowl."[1] By the same year,[2] "The Prowl" could be selected from the jukebox at the Domak Refectory on the Mid Rim planet Kijimi.[1]

The Ice Brethren was first mentioned in the video game Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment, published by Ubisoft[1] and released on August 30, 2024.[3] In the game, the band's name is shown to players when they are selecting songs from the jukebox in The Domak Refectory.[1] "The Prowl" was composed for the game by Cody Matthew Johnson[4] and released the same day as the game[5] as part of the soundtrack Songs from the Underworld (Original Music from Star Wars Outlaws), which listed The Ice Brethren as a "Featured Artist."[4]
