"The Chase" is the fourth episode of the animated shorts series Star Wars Blips. It was released on August 15, 2017 on the Star Wars YouTube channel^[1]

Plot summary

The episode opens with BB-8 stumbling upon five First Order stormtroopers. He flees with the stormtroopers giving change. BB-8 attempts to hide behind a rock but the stormtroopers blast it to shreds. The BB-series astromech droid then rolls towards the parked Millennium Falcon. The stormtroopers pursue BB-8 inside the ship but are expelled by the Wookiee Chewbacca. Chewbacca roars at the stormtroopers and then carries BB-8 inside the Falcon. As the ship takes off, the stormtroopers flee.
