The Terror Units are the drone-type units commanded by Darth Vader in the Galactic Civil War. Most of them are employed with arachnid, or stealth type of weaponry and armaments:

- Terror Droid - Small arachnid-type droids capable of sticking itself to a victim.
- Terror Biodroid - Larger droids with sharp weaponry and are able to utilize a variant of the Force.
- Terror Walker - The largest of these kind of units, armed with rockets, lasers, and a deflective shield generator.
