The temple on Hynestia,[1] also known as the Hynestian Temple,[4] or as the temple outpost, was a Jedi Order outpost located on the planet Hynestia during the High Republic Era. Jedi Master Stellan Gios was stationed there at the time of the Great Hyperspace Disaster, and traveled from there to aid the Hetzal system when it came under threat.[3] Jedi who had trained at the temple, such as Gios' former Padawan Vernestra Rwoh, wore a particular pattern of golden detailing on their robes to denote this.[5]

By between 3 ABY and 4 ABY,[6] the temple had been turned into a bar, which served beverages such as Durga berry schnapps.[2]

Issue 31 is also set after Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters crossover event, which Star Wars: Timelines dates to 3 ABY, while issue 38 is a part of the Star Wars: Dark Droids crossover event, which is followed by the events of issue 43 of the 2020 Star Wars series. Furthermore, the flashbacks of issue 50 of the Star Wars series—which follow the events of issue 43—take place approximately twenty-two years after Sheev Palpatine's ascension to the title of Galactic Emperor. Since Timelines dates that event to 19 BBY, the flashbacks must occur around 3 ABY and the events of Sana Starros must therefore also take place around the latter year.
