What's wrong with this template?
This template is a mess. I don't know what it's supposed to look like, so I don't know how to fix it, but I thought it would be a good idea to bring it to someone's attention. -- Aidje 20:14, 2 May 2005 (UTC)
- It uses 1.6 features. I cut the unsupported features for now, I will restore them when we upgrade to 1.6. - Sikon [Talk] 09:35, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
Ratings
At the moment, "Rating(s)" links to the Wikipedia article Entertainment Software Rating Board. But many game articles show not only the ESRB rating but several other rating systems (PEGI, USK), too. So I'd say we change the link to Video game content rating system. --Craven 14:38, 9 April 2009 (UTC)
- Do the English versions of the games give those foreign rating systems? If not, I'd say we stick with ESRB since this is a primarily English wiki. Otherwise, feel free to switch it. —Xwing328(Talk) 03:01, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
- I guess the English versions for North America don't have any ratings other than ESRB on the boxes. But in the UK, they use PEGI and BBFC ratings and Australia also has its own rating system, so these systems are of interest for non-US users. Outside of the non-english speaking world, there aren't that many important rating systems, maybe USK (Germany) and CERO (Japan), so it wouldn't be a very long list in the infobox. And IMHO it's interesting to see how games are rated in different parts of the world. --Craven 16:27, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
