Usage
Are there guidelines as to when these should be used? From what I've seen, characters, organizations, vehicles, weapons and other "temporary" things often have era tags, but "permanent" things like large locations and species generally don't. But it seems lame to put them on fairly timeless and universal things like blaster and lightsaber, but not on era-specific things like Chrysalide. -LtNOWIS 00:09, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
- I'd personally prefer if we put it on everything...including "permanent" things...it may seem silly for things that are always there, but at least it would be a consistant policy. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 02:07, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
Problems with the current version of the template.
Okay, the current version of the template is causing major problems. Not only is it moving pages' infoboxes down a bit, it's also causing text to go over the infobox and, in some cases, behind it. Please fix the template so these problems are eliminated. Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision) 19:12, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

I know I am asking a lot, but I see you have solved the same problem we are having now with our eras -template in Jedipedia (this is the example article). So I am asking help (I'll sure award my helpers!). It is the same problem: infobox moves downwards. DARTH SIDIOUS 2 (Ota yhteyttä—muokkaukseni) 20:21, 15 June 2008 (UTC)
On top
Hi. I think it's very cool how you make this template pop up to the top. Could someone clever help me do the same with Template:Coor title dms --Steinninn 02:59, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
- I don't see the point. - Sikon 03:26, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
Something's wrong...
- T3-M4's page has, instead of the icon, big, bold text with the URL of the image on it. At least, that's what I see. Jedibob5 21:54, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
- This is happening on a lot of pages. Attempts to fix it apparently haven't worked. -- I need a name (Complain here) 22:30, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
Coding Issue?
I'm a founder of my own Wikipedia, whom seeks better ways to utilize navigational interfaces such as this template. I've imitated almost every coding construct from both Template:Eraicon and this page. Yet on my "Eraicon" template, it doesn't render the entire spreadsheet. Can you help me see what's wrong on my end?
I have two corresponding templates: Badgeicon Badge
Please and thank you. RL (Founder-Admn.) 04:40, November 14, 2013 (UTC) LMW
- The template also requires some JavaScript and possibly some CSS. I don't know the specifics of that, though. I would suggest asking Grunny, who is more knowledgeable about that stuff. —MJ— Training Room 07:04, November 14, 2013 (UTC)
