Stormtrooper Corps

Aren't many (if not most) of the units listed part of the Stormtrooper Corps rather than the Imperial Army? They're supposed to be different branches... Sombraptor (talk) 16:06, May 21, 2020 (UTC)

  • True, but then you'd have to remove every sub-unit of most of the GAR battalions from the GAR battalions template, such as the 212th Attack Battalion and Recon Division because of the 7th Sky Corps, the 21st Nova Corps because of the 4th Sector Army, the 501st Legion's sub-units—the 501st division created for the Siege of Mandalore and the 332nd Company, Carnivore and Execute Battalions, Torrent Company, the platoon on Umbara and Rex's squad, Wildfire, and Skywalker's team— which would make the template somewhat empty. Also, the Stormtrooper Corps was mainly a part of the Imperial Army. CIS roundel Erebus Chronus Open frequency 18:53, June 1, 2020 (UTC)
    • I'm not sure I understand...the Stormtrooper Corps is a fully independent, separate branch to the Imperial Army, not a subgroup (like Marine Corps and the Army IRL), right? At least, that's what I gathered from the Imperial Handbook and The Essential Guide to Warfare.Sombraptor (talk) 21:48, June 1, 2020 (UTC)
