This template is to be used for citing individual pages on Suvudu.com.

Usage

Copy the template code below and paste it into the appropriate place in an article. Fill in the required fields plus as many of the optional fields as necessary and remove any that you don't use.

Required parameters

|url= URL of the web page, minus the subdomain name (http://(subdomain).suvudu.com/).
|text= Name of the page being cited.
For archive options, see Backup links below.

Optional parameters

|subdomain= The subdomain of the web page's URL. Default is www if left blank.
|int= Name of the Wookieepedia article corresponding to the Suvudu.com article being cited.
|author= Name(s) of the author(s). Multiple authors must be separated with a ";" between their names. Note that an author is not necessarily an individual and could be an organization. A long list of authors can be reduced using ", et al." after the first name. Provide wikilinks whenever they are available.
|date= Full date of publication, in ISO 8601 YYYY-MM-DD format, for example "|date=2006-02-17".

Backup links

Instructions for providing a backup link

In accordance with our Sourcing policy, all links to external sites must include a link to a backup version, preferably using Internet Archive. Instances that do not include one of the following parameters will result in the page being placed in the maintenance category. Please only use one of the following parameters.

This parameter uses the timestamp feature of Internet Archive. The URL supplied earlier in the template, along with archivedate, will provide a link to Internet Archive.
|archiveurl=https://archive.is/EfD8P
If Internet Archive does not work for the link in question, you can use archiveurl to provide a full URL to another backup website, such as archive.today.

If none of the archiving sites work, then upload a screenshot of the page, add {{Notorphan}} to the file page and include it in this category and on this page, and provide a link to the file (per Wookieepedia:Mofferences/June 29, 2014).
|nobackup=1
If no backup link can be found for content that is no longer available, this parameter can be used. If the content is still available, you can screenshot and upload it to Wookieepedia instead.
|nolive=1
If the original content is no longer available, this parameter can be used, which will make the template add "content now obsolete;" to the citation. This may also mean a backup link can no longer be provided, and therefore may be used as well as |nobackup=1. Some citation templates such as {{SWArchive}} link to older content that is known to be no longer available, and therefore automatically default to |nolive=1 without the need to add the parameter manually.
|oldversion=1
If a reference needs to cite an older version of a page for content that has been removed from the version saved in ArchiveAccess, this parameter must be used. This suppresses the tracking categories for custom archive values, and protects the reference from replacement by C4-DE Bot.

Note that for citation templates using a central repository, archivedate and archiveurl values must be added to the repository, and not on the individual instance of those templates. If this template uses one, it is located at Module:ArchiveAccess/Suvudu.
