Usage
For articles that were improvement drive projects twice. Type {{IDformer2}} at the top of the article in question's talk page and fill in the following:
{{{1}}}: The first week it was the ID article; for example "13 November, 2005".
{{{2}}}: The second week it was the ID article; for example "4 June, 2006".
{{{3}}}: The second week it was the ID article; for example "10 November, 2006".
{{{4}}}: The article's title, with underscores; for example "C-3PO". Note that you must type "4=(title)".
{{{5}}}: The code following "&diff=" in the first "see how it improved URL; for example "129203&oldid=122158". Note that you must type "5=(code)".
{{{6}}}: The code following "&diff=" in the second "see how it improved URL; for example "511486&oldid=493879". Note that you must type "6=(code)".
{{{7}}}: The code following "&diff=" in the second "see how it improved URL; for example "7=915002&oldid=899172". Note that you must type "7=(code)".
Therefore, if put on Talk:C-3PO, {{IDformer3|13 November, [[2005]]|4 June, [[2006]]|10 November, 2006|4=C-3PO|5=129203&oldid=122158|6=511486&oldid=493879|7=915002&oldid=899172}} produces:
