Usage

For articles that were improvement drive projects twice. Type {{IDformer2}} at the top of the article in question's talk page and fill in the following:

{{{1}}}: The first week it was the ID article; for example "4 September, 2005".

{{{2}}}: The second week it was the ID article; for example "18 December, 2005".

{{{3}}}: The article's title, with underscores; for example "Galactic_Civil_War". Note that you must type "3=(title)".

{{{4}}}: The code following "&diff=" in the first "see how it improved URL; for example "73789&oldid=69807". Note that you must type "4=(code)".

{{{5}}}: The code following "&diff=" in the second "see how it improved URL; for example "170555&oldid=161927". Note that you must type "5=(code)".

Therefore, if put on Talk:Galactic Civil War, {{IDformer2|4 September, [[2005]]|18 December, [[2005]]|3=Galactic_Civil_War|4=73789&oldid=69807|5=170555&oldid=161927}} produces:
