This template is to be used for citing sets and cards that are part of the Star Wars Force Attax series.

Usage

Copy the template code below and paste it into the appropriate place in an article. Fill in the required fields plus as many of the optional fields as necessary and remove any that you don't use.

Required parameters

  • |set= Name of the card set. This will create a link, so it must match the name of the article (or future article for redlinks.)
  • For archive options, see Backup links below. Note: the default values for dates are centralized at Module:ArchiveAccess/Topps. This template will use the default value when omitting archivedate or archiveurl, but either can be provided to override the default value.

Optional parameters

  • |cardname= Name of an individual card.
  • |link= Full URL of an individual card's page on a website that displays its front and back, if available; for example, on Beckett or Trading Card Database.

Backup links

In accordance with our Sourcing policy, all links to external sites must include a link to a backup version, preferably using Internet Archive. Instances that do not include one of the following parameters will result in the page being placed in the maintenance category. Please only use one of the following parameters.

  • |archivedate=20251220224219
    This parameter uses the timestamp feature of Internet Archive. The URL supplied earlier in the template, along with archivedate, will provide a link to Internet Archive.
  • |archiveurl=https://archive.is/EfD8P
    If Internet Archive does not work for the link in question, you can use archiveurl to provide a full URL to another backup website, such as archive.today.
  • |archivefile=File:Jon_Favreau_The_Mandalorian.png
    If none of the archiving sites work, then upload a screenshot of the page, add {{Notorphan}} to the file page and include it in this category and on this page, and provide a link to the file (per Wookieepedia:Mofferences/June 29, 2014).
  • |nobackup=1
    If no backup link can be found for content that is no longer available, this parameter can be used. If the content is still available, you can screenshot and upload it to Wookieepedia instead.
  • |nolive=1
    If the original content is no longer available, this parameter can be used, which will make the template add "content now obsolete;" to the citation. This may also mean a backup link can no longer be provided, and therefore may be used as well as |nobackup=1. Some citation templates such as {{SWArchive}} link to older content that is known to be no longer available, and therefore automatically default to |nolive=1 without the need to add the parameter manually.
  • |oldversion=1
    If a reference needs to cite an older version of a page for content that has been removed from the version saved in ArchiveAccess, this parameter must be used. This suppresses the tracking categories for custom archive values, and protects the reference from replacement by C4-DE Bot.

Note that for citation templates using a central repository, archivedate and archiveurl values must be added to the repository, and not on the individual instance of those templates. If this template uses one, it is located at Module:ArchiveAccess/ForceAttax.
