Tekil Barje was a native of Corellia who lived on Tatooine during the Galactic Civil War.

Barje's parents, Conil and Camelle, moved from Corellia to Tatooine to begin life as moisture farmers. His father was killed when he was only an infant, during a Tusken raid at Mochot Steep. His own life was only spared because of the intervention of the Sand people's Jedi Warchief, Sharad Hett.

Tekil Barje was a non-player character in the video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.
