Tealo was once the owner of the Tyaonon Ranger when it only had 10,000 light-years on it. He acquired the ship from a Sullustan trader who traveled the Outer Rim trade routes, and wanted to get rid of it again straight away. He sold the ship to a group of Rebels for 25,000 credits, though he did not know the true value of the ship or that it contained 40,000 credits worth of spice in secret compartments.
