Tardent was a human male who was present in Black Spire Outpost on Batuu during the war between the First Order and the Resistance. He contacted the collector Dok-Ondar, looking to buy Jedi artifacts. Dok-Ondar offered him a wooden totem recovered from Jedha that had the Jedi crest carved into it, and Tardent requested to buy the item.[1]
