cloaked?

in 1 of the trailers, cad asks for a fighter with "the works". evidently a cloaking device is part of the works. im assuming the fighter he requests is this. should it be mentioned that this has a cloaking device? im not that familiar with current star wars stuff, but from what i know cloaking devices are only installed in larger transporters, rather then small fighters. assuming this ship was 2 have a cloaking device, wouldnt that be important?Unsigned comment by 97.114.130.85 (talk • contribs)

  • If this fighter /did/ obtain a cloaking device, it would certainly contradict established canon such as the scene in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. However, it is unclear to what Bane meant by "The Works," in general. It's also not confirmed that this fighter has a cloaking device. JangFett (Talk) 19:29, September 30, 2009 (UTC)

well, its confirmed now. Unsigned comment by 97.114.140.106 (talk • contribs)

  • The fighter is, the devices aren't. CC7567 (talk) 22:05, October 26, 2009 (UTC)

the package of the toy clearly says it has a cloaking device. Unsigned comment by 75.174.234.52 (talk • contribs)

actually, it would not conflict with existing cannon. i mean, look up the Tie phantom, it's a fighter, and it has a cloaking device. Ralphjedimaster 00:14, August 19, 2010 (UTC)

also, the tie phantom was around before captain needa said no ship as small as the millenium falcon has a cloaking device ( at least i think so), so captain needa made an incorrect statement. Ralphjedimaster 19:55, August 19, 2010 (UTC)

oops. i forgot to mention that the tie phantom had a crew of two. so stupid of me. but that's still a lot smaller than the millenium falcon. so it acually is likely that the xanadu blood doesn't have a cloaking device, for the fact that the tie phantom was bigger than it and was after it. i didn't think of that before. but, i do think the cloaking device issue should at least go in the BTS section. Ralphjedimaster 20:01, August 19, 2010 (UTC)

No need for a full cloaking device. A sensor jammer/scrambler would suffice, & the Millenium Falcon has one of those--canon.--Bosda Di'Chi 19:51, November 22, 2010 (UTC)

Rogue-class?

In Holocron Heist Bane asks Sidious that he be given a Rogue-class starfighter, not a P-38.Gry Sarth 13:55, October 5, 2009 (UTC)

  • And how is that even related to Xanadu Blood in its current state of known information? CC7567 (talk) 16:39, October 5, 2009 (UTC)
    • It's just pertinent info, as it's quite possible that this Rogue-class ship which Sidious promised to go give him is the one that we know he got as "payment from the CIS". I know it's all still up in the air, which is why I'm not including this in the article, but just bringing it up to discussion. It's good to have all the info so we can connect the dots once more info is made available. Gry Sarth 09:36, October 6, 2009 (UTC)
    • just look up p-38, and it says ROQUE-class porax-38, so there is nothing further to discuss in this issue. Ralphjedimaster 00:12, August 19, 2010 (UTC)

Xanadu!?

Can somebody enlighten me on the subject - why is this thing called "Xanadu's blood"...Does someone at lucasfilm animation named it after the movie, they like? I am baffled!--Dangrievous 18:52, March 4, 2010 (UTC)

Why isn't it listed as having a cloaking device? That was one of the listed demands and we know that it is possible for a ship that small to have a cloaking device, even for you movie purists out there--just look at Darth Maul's ship.

Needa was the captain of a Star Destroyer, not exactly a mover and shaker in society, and he was talking in a time period when the Stygium-based cloak had become impractical (Batch hadn't yet blown up Aeten II for the TIE Phantom project). Needa was probably thinking of the Hibridium cloak. Unsigned comment by 198.49.157.43 (talk • contribs)

personally, i think it has one, but that is speculation which this wikia tries to avoid, so i'm just voicing my opinion, and not proposing to put it in the article. however, i think it should go in the BTS section. Ralphjedimaster 18:07, September 29, 2010 (UTC)

new information

ok, first things first. on the recent clone wars episode, Evil Plans, cad bane can be seen using the xanadu blood to get to jabba's palace. should it be added to the article history, as this was after the holocron heist? Ralphjedimaster 15:36, November 8, 2010 (UTC)
