Article's notability

This article has been speedy-marked and I have to contest that. This is a notable character, specifically an Imperial soldier with several speech marks. It's true that he just appears in one scene, but in that single scene I believe it complies even with all of LOST-MALACHI's conditions on his proposed CT (which I assume was the reason for this Speedy-marking. • The current article does not provide any lines or images, making him impossible to distinguish from the others. If such info exists, please add it to the article so that it is about a character and not 127's mook I just killed. LOST-Malachi (talk) 14:36, August 19, 2013 (UTC)
    • I'm sorry but it really sounds like you're saying that you speedy-marked this and several other articles because they don't appear notable enough. I'd recommend you get your head on the game and you better have some proof of otherwise before going around and presuming that someone (in this case me) is lying. This was part of the Smuggler-class's storyline and this imperial soldier has a brief conversation with the Voidhound but as I'm not playing that part of the game or even the game itself in recent times, I won't be able to present furthermore evidence at this moment. • Look at the current version of the article again. Nowhere is it suggested that this troopers has any lines at all. At the present form the article makes zero distinctions between him and 10/15/25 other troopers you needed to kill during the mission. Of course I assumed him unnotable, as a similar article was created and deleted just a few days ago based on the same criteria. LOST-Malachi (talk) 15:14, August 19, 2013 (UTC)
        • A speculative criteria it was then. Next time, do check before assuming anything or just trust my judgement as the article's creator. Here's the evidence, he is featured in 08:41. Also if this is done, feel free to remove the Speedy tag. Winterz (talk) 15:34, August 19, 2013
          • Do a check on what? There was no indication whatsoever of what this character does uniquely in the article. Still isn't. LOST-Malachi (talk) 19:10, August 19, 2013 (UTC)
            • Then please I beg of you, do take this to TC if you still can't accept an article that is well within rules of notability, even your own proposed policy #2. He speaks, voiced by an actual actor and differing from the rest of the NPCs on that part. I have added his citation but know that I wasn't forced to do so considering how I proved his notable existence. Feel free to pursue expanding this discussion if you think you're so righteous. Winterz (talk) 19:34, August 19, 2013 (UTC)
              • I'm not saying anything about article in the current state. I'm saying that when I came across it it really was no different from any unnamed Imperial I kill #238, which is why deletion seemed obvious way to go. LOST-Malachi (talk) 19:40, August 19, 2013 (UTC)
