A couple of questions
Firstly, this forgetting my later points, how exactly can it be proven that he is Alderaanian? It's headdress is hardly enough evidence to constitute proof, we don't know its origins.
Next is the validity of this article. He was seen in a vision; along with dozens of other creatures. We don't whether he ever actually existed, or if he ever became a Sith. His quote "we are the future" is then followed by an explanation from Exal Kreesh stating that she was the first and unless she stopped him she wouldn't be the last - and although she later died, she passed the information onto Teneb Kel who possibly passed it onto the Dark Council.
