    • No, it is not The Works. It is simply the surroundings of the Underworld portal. The same was in the Lethal Trackdown episode. Granted, the Episode Guide features a concept art of the Industrial Zone, but it's the same as in the Evil Plans episode (note "Detention Center" - the one where Cad Bane was torturing C-3PO).
