The Star Wars Encyclopedia identifies this Tarrick as the same person as Tarrik from the radio drama who served on Alderaan. The quote is: "Tarrik: One of Bail Organa's most trusted aides on the planet Alderaan, he later became an aide to Princess Leia. [SWR, SOL]" SWR is the radio drama, and SOL is Shield of Lies.
