Umbrella term?
Is this article accurate in the context of the new Canon? The databank's reference to Super Star Destroyer is specifically referring to the Executor-class, and it appears that all references to "Super Star Destroyers" in the Aftermath trilogy seem to be referring to Executor-class vessels even though not explicitly stated. Is there any specific reference to this being an umbrella term used to describe large Imperial Star Destroyers OTHER than Executor-class vessels? Maybe this is a Pablo question... --SUPCOM0356 (talk) 17:46, February 28, 2017 (UTC)
- No need to ask Pablo. As you can seen the source for this the 2016 version of Complete Locations, which is canon. It says: "Both rebels and Imperials refer to these [Executor-class] command ships (as well as other classes of massive capital ships) as Super Star Destroyers." Visual Encyclopedia new data
In the Visual Encyclopedia the Executor is classified as a Super-class Star Destroyer. This would imply that Super Star Destroyers are actually a subdivision of Star Destroyers. Since I am new to the wiki, I am not sure if the assumption is valid or not. What do you think?Veltramore (talk) 11:49, August 30, 2017 (UTC)Veltramore
