This Ain't Canon
Really, we're never going to see this "Sun King" ever again in the Star Wars universe, so why should we call it canon? Lets just pretend he was never part of the universe in the first place. —Unsigned comment by 71.191.186.200 (talk • contribs)
- Apparently binjiphants aren't seen in any sources other than Galaxies. Are they non-canon too? -- I need a name (Complain here) 14:24, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
- For the record, this did appear in canon again. It was referenced in Star Wars Insider 27. Adamwankenobi 20:22, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
Non-canon?
Please tell me this is non-canon! Pretty please with honey! - Sikon [Talk] 11:00, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
- No, Virgina, it's true. There really is a Sun King. -- Ozzel 17:13, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
- Sounds like a play on the Oak King and Holly King from Wicca. Kanaloa
- How does crap like this become canon? As far as I'm concerned, anything that looks cartoonish and involves Ewoks should be destroyed. Joseph Leito
- I agree, whatever old is this topic. I can't associate this Ewoks and Droids crap to the canon. Why do they always insist on the lamest things of the SW universe?? And in this idea, why didn't we have a Jar Jar spin-off? :-D Klow 11:06, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

Weird
I just can't picture a god or enity saying "totally mega cool". It just seems a little weird doesn't it?--Windu223 18:35, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah. -Darthtyler
- I'm a god. I say stuff like that all the time. (Well, ok, not all the time, but sometimes.) The divine are permitted to be as weird as they like. How else to explain the existence of the platypus? Gonk (Gonk!) 14:51, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
- Jeff fucking Spicoli in the Star Wars universe. Damn I wish half this shit never existed. Darth Maddolis 12:48, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

One True Magic, No Gods?
The powers section currently reads something to the effect that there is no magic but the force, and there are no gods similar to those of the ewok sun king. Is this canonical? Should this be removed? Serendipitousus 04:11, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
Removed vandalism
Some people should learn they don't have to sabotage an article just because they don't want to accept what's canon or not! I immediately remove what's written here: "Sun King- the most idiotic non canon article on this previously distinguised webpage" LelalMekha 01:25, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
...however true it may be :P PloKoon13 20:01, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
Yep, it should be "Sun King- the most idiotic CANON article on this previously distinguised webpage" :d. But seriously, vandalism won't help. It won't fix the problem at its source. --Gurbiza 12:52, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
- There's a problem? Where? Thefourdotelipsis 10:37, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
- The problem is that the Sun King has made no other appearances in the EU. Hopefully this will be rectified with the upcoming TV series. -- I need a name (Complain here) 15:58, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
This article seems to contain excessive speculation.
The writers of this article seems to have made excessive speculation about the motives of the characters as well as on the nature of the force. Also it takes the librity to assume that the power of the sun king and the season scepter comes from the force, it seems to me at least that it is likely that the season scepter is an artifact of indeterminate power and origin similar to the sunstar. I also feel that the author(s) has forcibly tried to tie this into the rest of star wars to make it seem more "starwarsey" for example his reference to the communication through the sunstar as simply because they don't have holonet capibility on endor when none of the beings involved knew anything about even the existance to the holonet. I would also put his/her desire to link anything supernatural to the force in this catagory. I don't have anything against material from the ewoks series, but I think it is a mistake to try to immediatly pigeonhole it into the known star wars universe. 75.156.34.68 22:20, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
