Netherworld

Could this possibility be the Netherworld of the Force? The trailer and details in the article share important characteristics. Even if you dont have an answer, but an opinion, please feel free to state it! Could the "Huge-Beast" be a Tyrant Rancor?

The huge guy could be a Tyrant Rancor. It looks like a massive version of a Bull Rancor and a Tyrant Rancor only has the info "Tyrant rancors were rancors of gargantuan proportions." Any thoughts? --ShadowDragonTam 20:15, December 15, 2009 (UTC)

With the Dark Side in full control of the Galaxy during this era, it is very natural to see a Terentatek return. Assumptions

I feel like it is more of a after world something, but to the first comment, he's not a Sith anymore. And I have a feeling that the two lightsabers were just for the roman numerals.

Shouldnţt we put the timeline between 2-0 bby?as it's stated that it's the sequel to TFU and that the action it's between revenge of the sith(19BBY) and a new hope(0BBY-0ABY),you just need some basic maths to find the timeline

Infinities Timeline

If I'm not mistaken, is this what qualifies as an infinities timeline? I believe the definition of such a thing involves a single event with a pivotal change (i.e. the canon ending of Starkiller choosing to fight the Emperor, rather than joining him and killing Vader).

I'm given to understand that this is what has happened, although I could be mistaken. If it is true, does TFU II qualify? Mad Jax 17:37, March 28, 2010 (UTC)

Haden Blackman himself has not stated whether he is or is not a clone, he does say that Darth Vader tells Starkiller that he is a clone. That could just be Vader putting doubt into his mind. User:GalenMarek1

  • There are so much storage capacity in the DNS, that there are some old teories about the DNS storing memories. It is the base of the Dune books. So a clone Galen remembering his non-clone life is not baseless. Or maybe he quicklearned the events of his earlier life, but a psyhical shock (his death) blokked them. Combat style

How is Jar'kai with a reverse shien grip a more realistic style of combat? I train in swords and other weapons and I'm not saying it's not possible, because I've done it. Its just extremely hard. but the single saber shien combat from the first one seems more realistic than this. I don't mean to tick people off but that is just my take on it. jedi_master425

I dont think he actually uses a both-back hand Jar'Kai style in combat. In the E3 trailer he only does that when hes normally running/walking (except he kinda did when he effortlessly kills the hapless stormtrooper in the first room) and fights normally in the last fight in the trailer. Thats what i've seen so far so that my observation FireWing 20:21, July 7, 2010 (UTC)

A few points for jedi_master425: 1) Lightsabers don't work the same way normal swords do; They don't have weight (except the hilts), so it would take virtually no effort to maneuver them, so long as you keep in mind that they cut from any direction. 2) Starkiller is a highly-trained, extremely powerful Force-user, so he could probably do all sorts of things regular humans can't. 3) It's Star Wars, and a video game. It's completely fictional, and not entirely realistic on it's best day (no sound in space, for example), so a little suspension of disbelief isn't a big leap of faith. Yes, DeCarta, I know ALL of this. But you have to remember too that they said MORE REALISTIC and I said it was possible. And lightsaber combat is derived from kendo and fencing. I also want to chime in on this note. I also have done sword fighting, specifically iajutsu which is a form of katana martial arts, as well as knife fighting in kenpo. I was to address DeCarta on this one. It's less about the weight of the blade, or superhuman skill. It's the fact that a back-handed grip is used for two reasons: concealment against the side of the arm and strike deflection. Otherwise it's looked at as being amateurish to hold a knife that way, let alone a sword made out of glowing energy. This is because a backhanded grip limits your strike angles, but with one blade, at least you can pull a switch by using the other hand (like Starkiller does in the first game). However, using two swords, BOTH with a backhanded grip, means you have even more reduced striking capability, and look like a doofus. Noting to FireWing, yes, in the trailer he switches around to both sabers facing forwards, and he probably does it in game. But if you notice in the trailers, whenever he does switch from back hand to normal grip, 'its off screen'. So, I think this is more proof that videogame designers don't have practical sword knowledge. Just try it on a toy lightsaber, even the FX ones. It's not like twirling a baton or a drumstick. (Tl:dr, it's not realistic, it's shoddy game design choices in a game i'm otherwise excited about.) Darkq1

Holodroids

In one of the more recent visions, it shows multiple holodroids which take on the form of (at least one) rebel footsoldier, and, more importantally, juno eclipse. At the moment she is shown the clone galen hits the cloning tank glass with his fist, as vader had said that he must learn to hate what his former self had loved. Shouldn't this, along with more info from the visions, be put into the article, maybe even in a new section, because this vision seemed important, as it generated a physical response from clone marek? 68.48.190.172 03:18, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

  • I think Kota meant that no Jedi or Sith could not be cloned "successfully". Almost every clone created from a Jedi went insane, including Luuke Skywalker and Joruus C'Baoth. Palpatine's clones can not count because they did not have a mind of their own, they were taken over by Palpatine's "spirit" as soon as they were out of the tank. Last i read the implication was that a Jedi or Sith of Marek's potential can't be cloned, which works in the context of Star Wars. Marek has proven to be very powerful, defeating Jedi (including a council member), Vader and pulling a Star Destroyer from orbit. Sidious thought he could be his equal, a title he previously reserved only for Anakin Skywalker, who Lucas said had the potential to be twice as powerful as Sidious. I’d say Marek has the potential to be more powerful then Sidious, but not as powerful as pre-cyborg Anakin. Which makes sense. Joruus C'Boath was not as strong as Sidious and Luuke's Force power is questionable, as he was born in a force-vacuum among ysalamir and was just a puppet/avatar for C'Boath. Meanwhile, when Sidious tries to clone himself, he finds that the new body cant handle the Force power and becomes unstable.Ironreaper 04:09, August 28, 2010 (UTC)

Clone vs. original Galen Marek

I was watching the newest visions on the TFU2 official site and I had an idea. In the E3 trailer we saw lots of clones of Galen Marek. This made me think that the hooded character in one of the visions is a clone of Galen sent to find Galen.--SUP3RCHUBBY 12:09, July 14, 2010 (UTC)

Maulkiller
