Star Destroyer Classification
Something that I think needs to be clarified is the classification of starship for Star Destroyers. On some pages I've seen them classified as Capital ships, and on others I've seen them classified as Battleships, which is a sub classification of Warships. I think we need to decide which one to use, or if we should combine them and make Capital ships a further category of Battleships or something. Cevan (talk) 17:09, November 9, 2014 (UTC)

New Star Destroyer Meaning
Star Destroyer was a precise term in Legends; in Canon, however, a ship just has to be big and have been referred to as 'Star Destroyer' to be a Star Destroyer. "Executor-class Star Destroyers"?
The Executor-class Star Dreadnought has also been referred to, in canon, as a Super-class Star Destroyer, thereby confirming its status as a Star Destroyer. However, the name "Executor-class Star Destroyer" has not been used in canon: the name of the craft is "Super-class Star Destroyer", and for this reason I think we should rename its paragraph in the Designs section as such.
