This wasn't the same technology that was used in the Clone Wars, or directly afterwards either. There are significant differences between Kamino clones and Spaarti clones. Also, what's the source for the cloning facility on Dantooine? Because I'm pretty sure there was a Rebel base there during the same time period, deserted shortly before Episode 4.-LtNOWIS 20:36, 24 Aug 2005 (UTC)

  • Well, I'm partially wrong. They had Spaarti clones in the Clone wars, according to the official site. Someone familiar with those Insider issues might want to add more info.-LtNOWIS 21:34, 24 Aug 2005 (UTC)
  • 1 ABY means After the Battle of Yavin. The source for the Dantooine facility was Galaxy of Fear, book 11. However, this particular facility was not built by the Empire, but the Jedi, thousands of years prior. The empire rebuilt it later. Unsigned comment by Mrwuggs (talk • contribs)
  • It said BBY when I asked that. Thanks for the source, and this article.-LtNOWIS 00:16, 26 Aug 2005 (UTC)

Droids?

I was under the impression that Zahn inventi Spaarti cylinders; how could they appear in the Droids cartoon? Kuralyov 00:43, 26 Aug 2005 (UTC)

  • Is there anybody who can tell me where it's been confirmed that the Fromm gang uses clones?! This is the first time I've ever read or heard about this.--Sompeetalay 18:46, 12 Jan 2006 (UTC)

Behind the scenes

I was under the impression that the story in the "Behind the Scenes" section was that of Jason and the Argonaughts, with Medias telling Jason of the secrets on how to kill those two, which were guarding the golden fleece.... am i mistaken? 76.226.147.143 06:56, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

Star Wars Galaxies cloning

Does anyone else think that this could help explain the speed of cloning in SWG? Captain Crowbar

Arkanian technology and Spaarti cilinders

The Essential Guide to Warfare says that the clones that came from Centax 2 were created by "Arkanian technology", doesn't talk about Spaarti cylinders, but seems it is talking about the same. If both things are related, the article should mention it, can anyone with more knowledge of the proper sources confirm this? --Geekizer (talk) 14:55, July 9, 2013 (UTC)
