Loyalty
Aren't all normal clones supposed to be fully loyal to the Republic? 68.158.1.3 03:38, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
- Yes, but unfortunately they're human.CC7567 05:47, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
- Unfortunately they realize who they are and why they're here? Granted, he got several of his comrades killed, but it's the Jedi who send them on suicide missions and using them as pawns in their eternal war with the Sith. And if I were a slave soldier bred to fight and die for a government that doesn't grant me full rights or citizenship and would kill me if I were no longer an asset, I might try to escape, too. 70.179.98.58 00:39, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

- Chill now, its discussions like this that help us decide what to put in the article. And if we can't fight on the internets, where can we fight? 70.179.98.58 03:41, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Fate
if the republic treats traitors in the same manor as the US then Slick is dead after what would be a byist and swift trial ie a muslum US marine sold out his platoon in 2004 the man was found guilty with no trial and a bounty of dead or alive was placed on his head. although slick is in custody he's mostlikely going to be put to death by one of two things his brothers or a court.Derekproxy 17:23, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
- We don't know what happens to clone traitors, though the GAR has no compunction about having the odd nails hammered. 70.179.98.58 02:54, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
- Actually, we do know. It's revealed in True Colors that clone deserters/traitors are hunted down and summarily executed, usually by clone covert-ops troopers. —Unsigned comment by 76.19.37.34 (talk • contribs)
- Just because it appears in one or a few other places doesn't mean that it's consistent, however. CC7567 (talk) 07:00, 11 May 2009 (UTC)
- That is just your opinion. Terminating treacherous clones has been made canon by things like True Colors and even Battlefront II. The point is, if a few clones that betray the GAR are tracked down and executed, obviously this policy extends to all clones, not just a select few. —Unsigned comment by 76.19.37.34 (talk • contribs)
- No, it is not. There is a difference between fact and speculation. Fact would be if a source explicitly stated that Slick was executed or terminated, while speculation is using assumptions for trends to establish information. The Star Wars galaxy has been known to be inconsistent many times, even moreso with TCW series. Also, please sign your posts with four tildes (~~~~). CC7567 (talk) 07:15, 11 May 2009 (UTC)
- It's not total speculation when you have a canon source like Alpha-30, by his own words, revealing that clone traitors are killed because they can no longer be fully trusted. In that regard, its not speculation to say that Slick could no longer be fully trusted. Caedus40 07:37, 11 May 2009 (UTC)Caedus40

Neutral viewpoint
If u ask me, the words "traitor", "traitorous" etc. aren't suitable in featured article.--Kreivi Wolter 19:55, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
- If you're basing that statement off of opinion, it doesn't have any basis. A "traitor" is defined as "a person who betrays another, a cause, or any trust." I don't see any reason for him not to be considered that, based on his actions. Re-watch the episode if you disagree. CC7567 (talk) 20:09, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
Punishment
What happened afterwords? Was he executed or given a long prison term? —Unsigned comment by 75.27.36.231 (talk • contribs)
