Empire
On the new canon encyclopedia Ultimate Star Wars it mentions that Saw Gerrera continued his activities during the Empire times. It need to be added, right??? --DarthRuiz30 (talk) 02:08, June 19, 2015 (UTC)
- Yes, that would be worth mentioning in the article. CC7567 (talk) 02:14, June 19, 2015 (UTC)
- Good catch! Added. (Side note: I bet that means he'll be in Star Wars Rebels. That'd be cool to have the Onderon rebels return, since we know they're part of the origins of the Rebel Alliance.) - Brandon Rhea(talk) 02:20, June 19, 2015 (UTC)
- Yeah, is pretty cool i was reading the book, and when I saw that I was so happy that Onderon rebels are still operating, hopefully it can also be the return of Lux Bonteri--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 02:43, June 19, 2015 (UTC)

no info compared to Legends page
so on the Legends article it details the Clone Wars episodes, which are also canon, so why aren't they in the Canon article as well?
- Because no one's written it yet! However, that's why I have the {{Inuse}} tag up. I'm currently writing it. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 22:45, June 23, 2016 (UTC)
Quotes
Should we put in his quote "Save the rebellion, Save the dream"?
- I might use it once I work my way to the relevant section in his biography. I'm still working on it. Nivlacanator(talk) 05:16, December 20, 2016 (UTC)
Onderonian Civil War in 22 BBY?
Star Wars: Rogue One: The Ultimate Visual Guide states on Saw's page splay, that that the Clone Wars/Onderonian Civil War began in 22 BBY. Hoping to get extra opinions on if that confirms that the Confederacy invaded and usurped Onderon in 22 BBY. What do y'all think? –Nivlacanator(talk) 02:46, January 1, 2017 (UTC)
- I just watched the beginning of "A War on Two Fronts" and while the intro makes it seem like a recent thing, Kenobi says "Onderon is in your king's rule, and at the outbreak of the Clone War he chose to align it with the Separatists" which would suggest it's describing events that happened in 22 BBY. Though, the way the Jedi talk to the rebels makes it seem like they have hardly any experience fighting droids. It may have been a very restrained insurgency in the beginning though. Anyway, I'd count it as confirmation, though there may be something later on in the episodes that I'm not accounting for. -- Dr. Porter

- Okay, so I somehow read you're question wrong. I definitely count it as confirmation. Ignore everything after the Kenobi quote :) -- Dr. Porter

Height
Combing through the Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Character Encyclopedia - Join the Battle!, Saw's height is listed as 1.87m (6'2") compared to 1.80m provided in the the current infobox although this height is from a time when he was young. He could have shrunk slightly or it could be inconsistency. JayAaerow (talk) 00:18, 9 August 2021 (UTC)
- 1.87m seems to be his Clone Wars era height, since the SW databank has had that height for Saw since 2014 and that just talked about TCW. I don't think there is reason to say its an inconsistency for now, unless a source for Saw's height at the time of R1 said something different than 1.80 Lewisr (talk) 00:55, 9 August 2021 (UTC)
Trainers
I noticed that my edits from a while ago that established Ahsoka Tano, Captain Rex, and Anakin Skywalker as his trainers per the Onderon arc in the Clone Wars. Since then, you have the databanks that establish in general, Saw Gerrera's character was trained in the "art of combat" by Jedi and specifically, Tech in Bad Batch noted Saw in the fact that he was trained by Anakin Skywalker and Captain Rex (although Obi-Wan and Ahsoka outright were helping him train). I just wanna know why it would be ommitted when we can note Garro as Yoda's "Stonepower master" or every Inqusitor canon character with Darth Vader and Darth Sidious as their master or Gallius Rax having Darth Sidious as his master. Heck, Ezra Bridger has Rex under "Combat training". JayAaerow (talk)
