RC-1013 source?

Maybe it's the comic that I'm reading, but I don't see the leader of RC-1013's clone commando squad named in the comic. This team originally was labelled as White Squad, then it was changed to Unidentified, then changed to RC-1013's. Can anyone provide info as to where this squad's leader is named as RC-1013? Is this a retro-fit? I know that RC-1013 appears in the next issue (four) of The Clone Wars Adventures, in the story "Orders" - where he is first named. In "Orders", he is in Aiwha Squad. Was it later published that RC-1013 was the leader of this squad in "The Package", or is it stated somewhere in the comic that I seem to be missing? Or is it an assumption that this is the same clone perhaps because of his armor? If the latter, can anyone please describe why this assumption was made because, although the marking on both are red, they are not the same. In "The Package", the squad leader has two red pauldrons, each with what appears to be a GAR emblem. In "Orders", RC-1013's armor has one red pauldron and has no emblems.
