Padme

Shouldn't Padme be placed under the Republic because she was acting against Ziro.Manuccij 22:25, 18 August 2008 (UTC)

Infobox

Rather minor, but shouldn't the Galactic Republic be listed as side one of the combatants? Yes, the Coruscant Guards were the real fighters/participants, but they were acting in the face of the Republic, not as a separate organization. —CC7567 20px-Rex.png (s)talk 18:12, 9 April 2009 (UTC)

  • Didn't realize that was your edit, as it was made anonymously. But no, I have to disagree. This wasn't a conflict specifically between the CIS and Republic. And I also removed Padmé as a commander, since she really wasn't. Though she was the focus of the rescue/raid, and a participant after it's start, technically, Fox was the commander of the operation. - JMAS Hey, it's me! 18:18, 9 April 2009 (UTC)
    • Actually no, that wasn't my edit, but noticing it prompted me to bring it up here. And I understand your reasoning. —CC7567 20px-Rex.png (s)talk

Top quote

Could whe change the top quote to the short message of Commander Fox in the clone wars novel ? --Clone Commander Lee 19:01, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

  • That's pretty much up to JMAS, as it's his GA and current FAN. I would suggest talking to him. CC7567 (talk) 21:05, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
    • As I don't own the novel, I don't know what the quote is. Personally, I like it how it is. But if you put the quote here, I'll give it due consideration. - JMAS Hey, it's me! 01:20, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
"We've secured the Hutt location, sir. Senator Amidala's unharmed and she's returning to the Senate with her protocol droid. We have Lord Ziro in custody. He's claiming he was forced into the kidnapping of Jabba's son by Count Dooku. Zerio casualties—unless you count droids, of course."
―Clone Commander Fox, reporting a successful hostage extraction to GAR HQ[src]
  • That's the direct quote. CC7567 (talk) 02:12, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
  • Definitely better. Got it changed now. - JMAS Hey, it's me! 02:15, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

Article name

With thanks to CC7567, we now have an official source giving this the title "raid on Ziro the Hutt's Coruscant club". Therefore an official source has called this a "raid" not an attack, or assault or battle. However, we also have an official source that clearly shows that name of Ziro's club is "Ziro's Palace" as seen in the film on the sign at the entrance. Therefore, could the title "Raid on (official from the Official Season 1 Episode Guide) Ziro's Palace (canon name of the establishment)" still be an official name and not conjectural? - JMAS Jolly Trooper Hey, it's me! 15:27, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

  • Hmm, that's a tough question, but I'm more inclined to say no. IMO, a non-conjectural name is the one cited verbatim from an official source; anything else would be made up by us. QuiGonJinn Senate seal(Talk) 16:35, November 7, 2009 (UTC)
    • FWIW, I have to agree with QuiGon. Toprawa and Ralltiir 18:56, November 7, 2009 (UTC)
      • As much as I do like the other title much better, this one was the one explicitly referred to in the book and is therefore the more official one. Though I doubt it, hopefully another publication will clear this up. CC7567 (talk) 19:17, November 7, 2009 (UTC)
        • Thanks for all your input. Dang I really hate this new "official" title though. - JMAS Jolly Trooper Hey, it's me! 19:22, November 7, 2009 (UTC)
          • Sorry for my late input, JMAS. I'll have to agree with with QGJ, and yes, the new title isn't the best. JangFett (Talk) 00:18, November 8, 2009 (UTC)

I think that that should be noted on Behind the scene-section. Kreivi Wolter 21:31, November 30, 2009 (UTC)
