Image
I agree that the placement of the second image may not be the best but there aren't a whole lot of options. I obviously uploaded this for a reason so to just remove the image without an explanation is a bit of a slap in the face. I'm not some 10 year old anon putting some badly photoshopped image in or fanon or something so please show a little more respect. I like both images and there is nothing wrong with either one so please explain what your problem is with it (and something more concrete than "it makes it look like crap" would be appreciated.)--DannyBoy7783 00:36, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
- I apologize; I thought I put "Sorry, there's no room" or something like that. Also, those two images are basically the same. Admiral J. Nebulax 01:15, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
- It is a bit of a sticky situation. The first pic is in 3-D while the second shows more detail. What if I just photoshop them into one image so they are side by side? You are right, there really isn't room but I don't think one is really better than the other so it's hard to cut one in my opinion. --DannyBoy7783 01:24, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
- Would there be a problem if I completely removed the first one and replaced it with the second one? Admiral J. Nebulax 01:26, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
- Well, you already did so I'll live with it. This is better than the other image by itself.--DannyBoy7783 01:30, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
- Did you have any objections to it, though? Admiral J. Nebulax 01:31, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
- No, it looks fine. This picture stands better on its own than the other one did.--DannyBoy7783 01:34, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

Dark Empire
Can anyone tell me where exactly does a R7-series astromech droid appear in Dark Empire? I can't find it.--Darth Zjyslav Moose 06:22, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
- You're looking way too hard. They're not visible because they're inside the E-wings. ;) Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

Highly Advanced Droid
I do know a certain someone who has an R7 droid as a companion.
Build-a-droid
An R7, with colors similar to the one depicted in the New Essential Guide to Droids pic will be part of Hasbro's promotional 'Build-a-Droid' line included in with specific figures starting in Summer '08. Apparently parts of various astromechs (an R4 is also part of the line), eg. head, legs, torso will be available to collect, build and mix and match for various combinations of droid. But the droids do have (canon?) names.Tocneppil 08:16, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
- R7-Z0 and R7-T1 are the R7's you're referring to. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 12:35, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
- I didn't know R7-T1 was a figure -its a canon-based figure, obviously, but what about R7-Z0? Is appearing in a New Essential Guide enough to qualify for canonicity?Tocneppil 04:09, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
Clone Wars
An R7 unit, R7-F5, is slated to appear in the Clone Wars TV series; how is this going to fit into the established continuity? ~ Dr.Kermit 00:46, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
- Also A 2009 LEGO set, http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/7751_Ahsoka's_Starfighter_and_Vulture_Droid , says it had an R7 unit called R7-A7, yet the article says R7's are from the New Repulbic?
- Thanks,I saw that too; the R7-F5 article has already been edited to allow for this discrepancy. Remember to sign your comments with four tildes(~)! Dr.Kermit(Babble here) 18:52, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
- The 2 could just be prototype R7 Astromech Droids.Valtika - The Togruta 14:28, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
Missing R7 series.
I would go trying to add the other R7 Astromech but they'll just be deleted for some nonsense called "Whitespace".
I do how ever find it funny that Other sites like Rouge Squadron says that they got the following info from here and non of it's on the page.
Beep (R7-D9): Beep was assigned to Arias Mors when he served in Talon Squadron.
Ferrari: Ferrari was Marissa Komsia's astromech
Silver (R7-S1): Silver was assigned to Corran Halcyan while he flew with Talon Squadron.
Slimer: Assigned to Cooper Brain and nicknames for its dark green colour.
Smuggler: Assigned to Kristin Antilles.
Vlad: Assigned to Cooper Brain until 50:6 when he was destroyed saving the pilot's life.
I'm also curious why some new pages with a little bit of info are not allowed and others with a few lines are? —Unsigned comment by Jessica E Bixby (talk • contribs)
- All of the units you mentioned are Fanon, and are therefore not allowed to be placed in Wookieepedia articles. They appeared to be player creations from the Rogue Squadron RPG you linked to. The link back to Wookieepedia relates to the R7 series as a whole, not the individual units. - Cavalier One

Old Republic Appearance
Star Wars: The Old Republic is listed under the appearances. Considering that game takes place thousands of years before these droids were invented, I would assume that's a mistake. Does anyone object to removing it?--Journalist of the Whills (talk) 01:16, July 3, 2013 (UTC)
