“our loyal clone troopers”
That is in the text, but it was been reverted several times. Is what should be done with it? Kept as it is?--Afilmfanforlife (talk) 22:06, January 9, 2019 (UTC)
- Because it only comes from the Vader comic and its easier to have it sourced to one thing --Lewisr (talk) 22:13, January 9, 2019 (UTC)
- I don't know how far this wikia can press the story group for answers, but using only one source for excerpt boxes is nuts it has to change.--Rgilbert27 (talk) 22:47, January 9, 2019 (UTC)
- We have no idea where within the film quote that the two extra lines from the comic fit. Adding them to the excerpt, even if we could use two different sources, would be fanon. It would be best to add it as a regular quote elsewhere within the article. MasterFred

- After reading the panel, it does seem pretty definitive where the new lines should be placed. Currently, we can only use one source in the excerpt template. We may need to look into altering the template. MasterFred

- Exiledjedi helped us out and created a template for excerpts from multiple sources. The full proclamation, as has so far been revealed, has been added. MasterFred

- That quote first appeared in Republic HoloNet News Special Inaugural Edition 16:5:241, so is Charles Soule to be credited or the writers (Daniel Wallace and Pablo Hidalgo) of that?--Afilmfanforlife (talk) 00:36, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
- Charles Soule because that's the canon source that uses it, otherwise we wouldn't be able to include it --Lewisr (talk) 00:39, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
- Okay then, but should the quote from the back of A New Dawn from Palpatine be used? "The war is over. The Separatists have been defeated, and the Jedi rebellion has been foiled. We stand on the threshold of a new beginning." I think it was in the script and rots comic? I think maybe. Granted I don’t know if we should credit John Jackson Miller with that as it was on the back.--Afilmfanforlife (talk) 00:43, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
- I would say that unless its used inside the book, then add it. If its just on the back, don't use it since we don't know if its actually used in the "Proclamation"--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 00:46, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
- I was asking because “and the Jedi rebellion has been foiled” is used--Afilmfanforlife (talk) 00:48, January 11, 2019 (UTC)

- Okay. Thank you though.--Afilmfanforlife (talk) 01:12, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
Capitalizing first
The page capitalizes the first in the phrase first Galactic Empire, but I will note on legends version of this page at the bottom of it it uses the film version and does not capitalize it. Is this something for subtitles to be used for?--Afilmfanforlife (talk) 01:11, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
- Yeah just needs to be checked to see whether its capped or not --Lewisr (talk) 01:28, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
Databank
There is nothing in the main Alderaan entry so stop changing it back.--Rgilbert27 (talk) 22:18, March 14, 2019 (UTC)
- That's just how the Databank should be referenced. Same goes for SW.com episode guides, The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia entries, Star Wars: The Old Republic levels, etc; the primary source is listed under Appearances/Sources, and the specific mention is used in citations. - Cwedin(talk) 22:28, March 14, 2019 (UTC)
