User:Darth shohet]]==Move?== Move to Poggle? --SparqMan 17:46, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- I would keep his full name as is. I don't believe he goes by just "Poggle", but with the regnal name. -- Riffsyphon1024 17:47, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Body
Why do we only see Poggle's body once? That's when they cut back to Anakin when he's on the balcony. Where his body should be in the shots when Vader and Obi-Wan are dueling it's gone.--Rune Haako 21:59, 5 Jan 2006 (UTC)
- Not surprising. Admiral J. Nebulax 22:18, 5 Jan 2006 (UTC)
Image
The second image (Dooku and Poggle making plans) is from Visionaries, and thus not canon. Should we leave it on the page with a note, or remove it in place of a movie shot? - 212.219.59.241 11:20, 13 Jan 2006 (UTC)

Poggle trying to defend himself.
I like in the movie how he tries to defend himself with his staff or cane. image shack dot U S )/img209/8053/poggle35xm.jpg —Unsigned comment by Rune Haako (talk • contribs)
What's Poggle say it's ROTS?
Why wasn't it subtitled? —Unsigned comment by Rune Haako (talk • contribs)

It wasn't subtitled because it had no importance4DJONG 00:44, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
- It would only be important to someone trying to learn how to speak Geonosian (very much possible!). Poggle didn't have much of a visible role in Ep. III other than appearing with the rest of the Separatist Council and the all-important execution scene, so his one thing of dialogue wasn't really too crucial. Darth Nordeck 03:31, July 7, 2010 (UTC)
Caste
If Poggle is from the worker caste, why does he have wings? 71.236.33.191 21:51, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
- Where does it say that every Geonosian from the worker caste didn't have wings? Admiral J. Nebulax (talk) 00:05, 29 March 2006 (UTC)
- Wookieepedia's Geonosian article refers to the worker cast as "wingless". Given that Poggle is not, yet is stated to have originated in that caste, I suppose that section should be amended to note that some workers do in fact have wings. 71.236.33.191 19:45, 29 March 2006 (UTC)
- I suppose that we'll have to do that, unless he grew wings or something later in life. Admiral J. Nebulax (talk) 20:03, 29 March 2006 (UTC)

Ernie Fosselius?
I'm sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere, but how do we know Ernie Fosselius voiced Poggle? I know they decided not to go with Marton Csokas (even if he still got credit), but this is the first time I've heard of Fosselius being involved. —Unsigned comment by 64.12.117.9 (talk • contribs)

Death
I noticed a difference between his death in the movie and in the graphic novel. In the graphic novel he is decapitated, but in the film Anakin's lightsaber cuts through his upper torso.--Darth Oblivion 18:32, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
- Therefore the movie death is canon. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision) 20px 19:54, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

His name suggests that there has been some leader known as Poggle the Great in Geonosian past. Compare Wikipedia:Ajax the Great and Wikipedia:Ajax the Great. 08:56, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

Face?
Has anyone noticed how his head looks almost NOTHING like other Geonosians? 1) He has a beard like thing on his chin. 2) He has a crown like thing on his head. 3) his nostrils are more like small dots rather than large triangles. 4) His head is not long. does anyone have any idea why they made him/ why he is so different? 150px 150px Darth Shohet 17:17, July 25, 2008
- In insect species the hive Queen often has a different shape to the drones, workers, soldiers, and other hive hoi-polloi. Maybe this is a similar situation.

Continuity Error
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Poggle's wings are paralyzed. In the episode Legacy of Terror there is a scene in which Poggle flies while in the catacombs. Should this be addressed? 68.192.162.29 02:32, November 26, 2009 (UTC)
- The ROTS Visual Dictionary does say his wings are paralyzed. I'd call this an example of CW trumping existing canon due to its higher status, but then again, it's likely Poggle lost the use of his wings at some point between the second battle of Geonosis and his last days on Mustafar. Eggmanland 06:27, November 26, 2009 (UTC)
- The Dictionary says that his wings are not in use in episode II and then Paralyzed in episode III, so perhaps that meant he could still use them early in the war, but usually chose not to fly with them. Kind of like what Eggmanland Said--Thoggnee 19:31, November 29, 2009 (UTC)
Also in Weapons Factory he hovered, so maybe he couldn't fly like a normal winged Geonosian but he could hover. 4DJONG
I didn't think of that, good point :) --Thoggnee 23:54, December 5, 2009 (UTC)
end of brain invaders
is he captured or free at the end of the episode? i would expect free, seeing as hes free in rots, but if clone wars can screw up canon with tambor and cloaking devices, guess they could for this also. —Unsigned comment by 97.114.136.40 (talk • contribs)
