- I believe so. Admiral J. Nebulax (talk) 00:14, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

- Episode III Incredible Cross-Sections, I believe. Admiral J. Nebulax (talk) 20:31, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

- And stop removing spaces. It doesn't matter if they're in a discussion. Admiral J. Nebulax (talk) 12:23, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
- Like the Recusant-class, the Munificent doesn't have hangars for carrying and maintaining starfighters, but it does have empty spaces that can temporarily house droid fighters. JimRaynor55 13:38, 17 March 2006 (UTC)

So this ship is basicly just a massive droid?!?Telos 21:01, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- Not really. It still has a crew. Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

Turbolasers
Are the prow turbolasers of the Munificent like more powerful than those of the Executor? —Unsigned comment by 138.88.80.65 (talk • contribs)
- Presumably, yes. Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- They can blast-melt a 1000 km wide ice moon or pierce the shields of a 10 km wide Grade III battlestation, but they need lengthy recharging time afterwards, due to less reactor power than on a bigger vessel. VT-16 20:44, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
How long is the recharging time. Where did you find this?74.73.60.76 21:19, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

Starfighters
Can the Munificent-class launch starfighters? —Unsigned comment by 138.88.80.65 (talk • contribs)
- Yes. However, Munificents don't have hangars. Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- Which, as demonstrated by the Invisible Hand in ROTS, isn't necessary for carrying droid fighters. They can simply magnetically attach to the hull. (This comment's purpose is explaning the situation for the benefit of those who might be confused.) ZeldaTheSwordsman 17:03, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
- Actually, some Munificent-class ships do have hangers as evidenced by episodes of The Clone Wars, though these appear to be very small and not really meant for any sizable number of ships of any type. --R.Werner 02:54, October 5, 2010 (UTC)

Obsession
While the ship in Obsession looks vaguely similar to the Munificent-class, there are several notable difference. Is it ever actually identified as on in the dialogue or in a different source?--Darth Oblivion 07:43, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
- Bah. Sorry, I wasn't aware they appear later in Obsession. I was confused due to our Durge article stating the ship he was on was one.--Darth Oblivion 07:56, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
Screencap needed?
I was wondering if someone can get a screencap of the Munificent in the Clone Wars episode "Ambush" where it emerges from hyperspace and starts firing on Yoda's transport. That scene I think would perfectly fit in the "Offensive and defensive systems" section of the article. Darth Batrus 13:07, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
- I noticed upon further review, that the point-defense guns lining each side, rotate in unison to fire on the Republic frigate when it passes. Will post one of that. VT-16 17:50, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
- Cool thanks for that, looks very good :) Darth Batrus 12:50, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
Kitchen Sink
One of these ships, when downed by a SPHA-T cannon in ROTS, fires several missiles at the Venator-class Star Destroyer that defeated it. The missile seen to impact on the Star Destroyer is revealed by close visual examination and the audio commentary to actually be a kitchen sink. Should we have a reference to this in the article? ZeldaTheSwordsman 17:13, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
- I expect its a prank by some CGI artists looking for a bit of fun! The confederacy droids wouldn't want sinks in their ships... They'd fry their circuits! Anomaly Master 98 15:13, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
- The easter egg stems from Lucas saying "I want everything in this battle, down to the kitchen sink!" So they did. 75.24.110.155 04:57, September 28, 2009 (UTC)
Flagship?
It should be mentioned in the article that the class must've had formidable shields- as General Grievous chose one of these as his command vessel over a massive droid control ship Anomaly Master 98 15:17, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
- Not really. In many naval engagements, the flagship is not the most powerful ship in the group. --R.Werner 02:35, October 5, 2010 (UTC)
Why is content from 'Lead By Example' being added to the Legends article?
'Lead By Example' is solidly Disney canon material from 2016, it should not be cited nor overwrite information from classic Legends sources like 'Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith Incredible Cross-Sections'.TheAngryJerk (talk) 22:50, 6 December 2025 (UTC)
