              • Like the Recusant-class, the Munificent doesn't have hangars for carrying and maintaining starfighters, but it does have empty spaces that can temporarily house droid fighters. JimRaynor55 13:38, 17 March 2006 (UTC)

Turbolasers

    • They can blast-melt a 1000 km wide ice moon or pierce the shields of a 10 km wide Grade III battlestation, but they need lengthy recharging time afterwards, due to less reactor power than on a bigger vessel. VT-16 20:44, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

Starfighters

    • Which, as demonstrated by the Invisible Hand in ROTS, isn't necessary for carrying droid fighters. They can simply magnetically attach to the hull. (This comment's purpose is explaning the situation for the benefit of those who might be confused.) ZeldaTheSwordsman 17:03, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
      • Actually, some Munificent-class ships do have hangers as evidenced by episodes of The Clone Wars, though these appear to be very small and not really meant for any sizable number of ships of any type. --R.Werner 02:54, October 5, 2010 (UTC)

Obsession

While the ship in Obsession looks vaguely similar to the Munificent-class, there are several notable difference. Is it ever actually identified as on in the dialogue or in a different source?--Darth Oblivion 07:43, 7 July 2008 (UTC)

Screencap needed?

I was wondering if someone can get a screencap of the Munificent in the Clone Wars episode "Ambush" where it emerges from hyperspace and starts firing on Yoda's transport. That scene I think would perfectly fit in the "Offensive and defensive systems" section of the article. Darth Batrus 13:07, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

Kitchen Sink

One of these ships, when downed by a SPHA-T cannon in ROTS, fires several missiles at the Venator-class Star Destroyer that defeated it. The missile seen to impact on the Star Destroyer is revealed by close visual examination and the audio commentary to actually be a kitchen sink. Should we have a reference to this in the article?   • I expect its a prank by some CGI artists looking for a bit of fun! The confederacy droids wouldn't want sinks in their ships... They'd fry their circuits! Anomaly Master 98 15:13, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

Flagship?

It should be mentioned in the article that the class must've had formidable shields- as General Grievous chose one of these as his command vessel over a massive droid control ship Anomaly Master 98 15:17, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

Why is content from 'Lead By Example' being added to the Legends article?

'Lead By Example' is solidly Disney canon material from 2016, it should not be cited nor overwrite information from classic Legends sources like 'Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith Incredible Cross-Sections'.TheAngryJerk (talk) 22:50, 6 December 2025 (UTC)
