A New Hope

Do any regular Moffs actually appear in A New Hope, or is it only Grand Moff Tarkin? If not, should ANH still be listed as an appearance, since we aren't counting Grand Moff appearances on the regular Moff page? Cevan (talk) 03:04, July 4, 2015 (UTC)

  • No one with the rank of Moff appears in A New Hope. The only high ranking Imperials you see are, Grand Moff Tarkin, General Moradmin Bast, High General Trech Molock, High General Tagge, Admiral Conan Motti, General Hurst Romodi, Colonel Yularen, Chief Siward Cass, and Darth Vader. As for high ranking Officers that appeared earlier in the film, Commander Praji and Officer Daine Jir are the only ones who show up on the Tantive IV. Plenty of unnamed officers did make appearances, however none of them are Moffs either. WW2Buff2018 (talk) 01:03, 25 May 2023 (UTC)
    • Yep, there are no regular moff's in the film Lewisr (talk) 01:24, 25 May 2023 (UTC)

Thrawn Trilogy (2017)

The 2017 Thrawn books go into where Moffs were on the political ladder. This may be helpful for anyone trying to expand this page. The books also go into detail on Imperial Governance and the Senate. Just wanted to make someone's life easier.Unsigned comment by 68.82.232.65 (talk • contribs)
