In the Behind the Scenes section, I think it's worth noting that the prison is also very similar to the Room of Spirit and Time from DragonBall Z. Passing into that room leads you into a different dimention, which is filled with only a small building and a seemingly infinite expanse of nothing. Though I think the Room unofficially (in the anime only, not the original manga) has unpredicatble, extreme weather (like storms of flame), so that could be a point againt putting in this article (which is why I'm mentioning it in the discussion page only). -CoreDumpError

  • Yeah I noticed that too....currently though it says it got its inspiration from the Matrix Lalala la 01:44, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

Name?

Isn't this name conjectural? I don't recall anyone calling it a Rakatan Prison anywhere in-game.DarthMRN 00:00, 17 December 2006 (UTC)

  • Yeah, in the game it's only referred to as a "mysterious box". Tag added. - Lord Hydronium 21:39, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

Immortality

I took out the behind the scenes point about Rakatans possibly having long lives. Since the prisoner in the box had no body, how would they die? Crazymoon 22:23, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

Rakata

What happens if you keep it and go to Rakata prime?

  • Hey funnily enough I felt like playing KotOR the other day, and I've got to the part where I have the box from Lurze on Korriban. After seeing this discussion page though, I think I'll keep it till Rakata Prime. See if anything happens, then write in this discussion page again, asap. -TheLostJedi 20:53, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

If you keep it until then, you simply won't be able to open it. It says something about having enough trouble already and not needing more.71.194.34.155 17:07, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

Canon?

The article is written as though it is canon for Revan to open the box, or to obtain it in the first place, even. I mean, it's not like you have to do anything with the box to get the light side ending, right? Please correct me if I'm wrong.71.194.34.155 17:03, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

  • LS/DS points aren't gained either way so it's perfectly canon. Although some would argue to put the "Assumption of 100% completion of the game" tags. --RedemptionRedemptionusersymbolTalk 17:05, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

I see. Thank you for enlightening me.71.194.34.155 17:09, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

Infobox Picture

Now that SWTOR has been released, we know the mind prison also features in that game. Wouldn't it be better if we had a SWTOR pic of the mind-prison? I've uploaded two of them, but I think it's better to put the change to a vote:

Option 1

Option 2

  1. My personal favorite, color neutral and more detailed than option 1. LelalMekha 22:58, January 23, 2012 (UTC)
  2. I, also, like this one. --Mesh'la 00:21, January 24, 2012 (UTC)

Option 3

  1. I'm a little preferential to the white background here. It's also brighter so you can see the detail on the front face much better. Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 23:09, January 23, 2012 (UTC)
  2. same. Darth Needham 05:59, January 28, 2012 (UTC)
