- Then we'll require some proof that you're releasing the text under the Creative Commons license under which we operate, so we can add a notice to this talk page. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 17:38, June 12, 2012 (UTC)
- What sort of proof? That I am in fact an authorized member of the club (this is me: [1]) or some sort of written proof from one of our club leaders, such as the PR coordinator? Jfett69 23:23, June 12, 2012 (UTC)
- My name is Richard Whittaker, I am the PR Officer of the Mandalorian Mercs Costume Club, you can confirm that by sending an email to pr@mandalorianmercs.com, I will be there to respond. As the person responsible for our public face I have endorsed and given permission to use any words and copyright that belongs to the Mercs in the making of this page. All the information is within the public domain and fairly depicts the Mercs as a club. Furthermore, the people who created the page sought permission and help from the club as to the content and their references. I ask that you remove the copyright tag on this page or allow me to speak to someone who is able to authorise its removal. Mercs PR 17:19, June 13, 2012 (UTC)
- That works. I'll email you from @wookieepedia.com and you reply from @mandalorianmercs.com and we'll be good to go. We don't mean to be annoying about it, but unless it's dealing with Lucasfilm property, with whom we have a sort of unspoken understanding, we're a bit paranoid about plagiarism around here. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 18:11, June 13, 2012 (UTC)
