||Category: Force-sensitives|| was added to her page. But does the novel actually confirm that Lyra is absolutely Force sensitive in so many words? it's hinted at but was it stated? I need to re-read the book, admittedly. --Ocynico (talk) 19:44, November 17, 2016 (UTC)Ocynico
- It isn't stated that she is, maybe implied depending on your point of view but to my knowledge it isn't confirmed anywhere. Maybe it's best to remove it until we have confirmation --Lewisr (talk) 19:46, November 17, 2016 (UTC)
- that's what I was thinking too. maybe Pablo's visual guide will confirm it even if the movie doesn't. Doubt we'll know for sure before the big day.--Ocynico (talk) 19:49, November 17, 2016 (UTC)Ocynico
- Perhaps it will we'll just have to wait and see, until we do know it's speculation so I removed it --Lewisr (talk) 19:52, November 17, 2016 (UTC)
- Well from Luceno himself, 'she isn't force sensitive but in touch with it' [1] --Lewisr (talk) 04:04, November 18, 2016 (UTC)
- The Rogue One concept art book explicitly states that Lyra is a Jedi on the pages about Lah'mu, though. Conflicting sources? Nata Roebot (talk) 04:32, December 20, 2016 (UTC)

Year of death
Okay to stop an edit war we need to establish what year Lyra was killed, the film says fifteen years ago which would place it at 15 BBY, however the Visual dictionary places it in 13 BBY. How are we going to solve this? --Lewisr (talk) 21:04, December 18, 2016 (UTC)
- On the Jedi Council Forums, Pablo Hidalgo said: "Jyn says she hasn't seen her father in 15 years. Timeline is actually 13. She hasn't seen Saw since she was 16. Would also recommend taking a closer look at the novelizations." --Lelal Mekha
