Trade Federation Battleships
Matt Martin of the Lucasfilm Story Group just said in a tweet that there were no Droid Control Ships in the separatist fleet in by the time of the Clone Wars, and the ones we see in the show are just Trade Federation Battleships. Should this page be edited accordingly?

- If that's what he is saying then it should be edited accordingly --Lewisr (talk) 02:58, November 23, 2016 (UTC)
Armament
As of the recent release of the source book Rise of the separatists the Lucrehulk battleships armament vis vastly different to what is shown here not sure if the page from the book uploaded On the page concerning the Lucrehulk it lists the armament as the following. 24 Heavy quad turbo laser batteries 12 port,12 starboard 4 forward mounted Heavy twin turbo laser batteries 160 point defence quad laser cannons 40 port, 40 starboard, 40 ventral, 40 dorsal 400 Heavy twin laser cannons 100 port, 100 starboard, 100 ventral, 100 dorsal
that is what I would now consider to be the canon armament for the Lucrehulk

- If information its contradicted by a FFG book, refer to a non FFG book given that those are mostly more accurate than FFG. Also, add the contradiction to the Behind the scenes section, noting the difference between Rise and previous information--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 07:03, June 3, 2019 (UTC)
- unfortunately due I no longer have my copy of Star Wars Encyclopedia of Starfighters and Other Vehicles and cannot compare it hence why I tried to upload a picture of the page from Rise of the separatists so others could compare
- I have a copy of the image from Star Wars Encyclopedia of Starfighters and Other Vehicles right here: https://ibb.co/qrB6HJ3 ( miserycaine|talk) 08:34, June 12, 2019 (MST)
Acceleration in kph?
Kilometers per hour are unit of speed ("Kilometer per hour" entry in the Wookieepedia admits that). So it should not be labelled as "acceleration". —Unsigned comment by 89.64.48.103 (talk • contribs)
- Good catch. I've corrected the info, but feel free to make an edit yourself if you catch something. Also please remember to sign any comments. Loqiical (talk) 05:30, 11 February 2023 (UTC)
Move
Move to Lucrehulk-class battleship since it is better to not capitalise the common noun "battleship" here. Loqiical (talk) 05:12, 11 February 2023 (UTC)
3,356.9 meters vs. 3,170 meters
So the Length 3,356.9 meters was the 'first official' stat, then was replaced by the 3,170 meters, but a new book says 3,356.9 meters was all along so the Canon article witches back but the Legends article doesn't? Why? This is very confusing & vexing. There should be one correct official figure, according to Lucasfilm. i've reached out to Leland Chee for his insight & hope to hear back from him before too long. - Canon sources have no bearing on Legends pages. It would be worth looking at Legends sources to see what they use, and if a switch is called for then it should Lewisr (talk) 06:57, 31 May 2025 (UTC)
- Leland Chee got back to me on bsky, and he indicated that the 3,356.9 meters was an inflated size for animation VFX shots. Live action takes precedence over animation, and the correct size in his spreadsheet is 3,170 meters. His posts can be viewed here and here. Do i have permission to fix the article? - As long as it's cited properly then sure, don't need to ask for permission Lewisr (talk) 02:28, 4 June 2025 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, i don't know the latest 'canon' work stating "3,170 meters", so do i cite Mister Chee or do more research? Primarch Anubis (talk) 01:12, 5 June 2025 (UTC)
- Generally, if someone from Story Group (like Chee) has stated something, then most everything else will get ruled as an error since they dictate canon. So, as long as it is properly sourced using the Bluesky template and the relevant errors documented in a "Behind the scenes" section, it can be swapped.—spookywillowwtalk 19:11, 5 June 2025 (UTC)
